Almost time to go!

Well, we're now a week and a half away from moving day! We have our wedding pictures - finally - and they look pretty good. Brian and I have both been working a lot and haven't had much time for fun. Last weekend, we did make it down to the cities though. We stayed with Brian's aunt and uncle in Roseville, caught a Twins game, attended a send-off for my friend Angie, who's going to Japan to teach English, and gained two bicycles. We also got a little bit of shopping in in Roseville and Duluth. We still haven't started packing, which I'm sure we will begin to regret very soon. My whole family left yesterday for California, where they will be for a week visiting family that they haven't seen in ten years or so. They'll be back just in time to help us load up the truck and head out of town. I'm really excited for the big move and all the new experiences, but at the same time, I'm really sad that we'll be leaving our families here. I wish we could pull them along with us. Since I realized how hard this is going to be for me, I've started spending evenings when Brian has band rehearsal or bike rides at my parents' house playing with the kids. I'm looking forward to finally having internet in our home!
