We're Back!

We made it back to Indiana late last night (which made for a very tiring day today!) after our long vacation in the homeland. The drive was very uneventful until Madison. Oh Madison. There, people apparently don't know how to drive in the fog and there was a 100-car pile-up that completely closed down I-90 in both directions! We traveled 1.5 miles in 1 hour. It royally stunk. We were all fairly upset at such a slow down, but we kept on chugging and made it to Ikea before it closed at 8! We did some mad shopping there and finally got a kitchen cart to expand our available storage and counter area. Today we had to pick up all of our mail, wash the car, and re-stock on groceries. We're still working on unpacking but Brian did a good portion of it today while I was working.
Amazingly, Brian found some new old friends today! Two guys he knew at Tech have just started here at Purdue and one of them is a mountain biker! He is thrilled! He's having a guy night on Thursday and they are going to play our new game of Risk. I might avoid this whole affair and go shopping or something.
Will write more later and hopefully add some pictures of our new Ikea finds!
